My Phone was handed in for repairs or exchange on Thursday 9th of May. I received a call to pay the R150 access on the 15th which I did on the 17th. Nobody contacted me about the status of my handset. I sent an email to Herbest to inquire and get feedback on when will my handset be ready for delivery and received no response. I phoned now this afternoon just to be informed that Herbest is not in today. The kind lady informed me that my handset was dispatched yesterday, I was not called or informed of when will my handset be delivered and according to the call center lady my handset should be delivered on Friday.
My complaint is: No feedback or correspondence whatsoever was received and that I as a customer has to phone to find out what is happening with my handset and when will it be delivered.
