Nobody can assist me with resetting my ATM pin

I live in Villiersdorp - there is NO STANDARD BANK branch here. I have forgotten my pin and cannot reset it. All that your call centre says is that they cannot help and I have to get to a branch. I CAN'T get to a branch, there is no branch here. Please assist me urgently or I will have my account closed and move to a bank where I can be assisted.
