No too happy about their services

3 months goneby..still no payment on the policy..all required documents submited..no correspondence made stating what is causing the delay..I dont know how's their system works..they forever loosing the document..I wonder if they are for real or is just their way of making money out of poor people hoping they will give up eventually..
