I am sick and tired of being sent from pillar to post by standard bank, the call centre and the branch and still they cannot sort my internet bank logging problems. whats the point of having a bank account if you cannot use internet banking?? I have been to the Centurion branch three times and on all three occassions i was told that its sorted, when i get home and log in it doesnt work. i called that pathetic incompetent call centre a thousands times and they sent me to the branch. I am very dissapointed in Standard bank and i will close the account since its clear that they dont value their clients and their service is poor.
