REVERSAL OF ADMIN FEES INCORRECTLY CHARGED BY BANK

I have queried with the following people why my account has not been corrected with the overcharging of admin fees by Standard bank homeloans which was supposed have been done by the 5th of January 2013:
8th of January - Jeronmus Adolfgh told me I would receive a call - matter never escalated
26th of January - debit order went off account - charges clearly have not been reversed
28th of January - Lebo advised me that Jeronmus should have escalated the matter as all accounts were corrected by the 5th of January - she escalated the matter ref 51631487 . Told to phone back after 3 working days
31st of January - spoke to Sihle Malakne who told me its not 3 working days... had to count with him the number of [URL Removed] waste of time... once again told to phone back.
5th of February - spoke to Lauren who proceeded to put me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back to me.
Should my account not be corrected and a statement be emailed to me within the close of business today, I will be laying a complaint with the National Credit Regulator.
