Dear Standard Bank Customer Assist,

I originally sent through all my documents on the 8th of January 2013. It was confirmed that
all my documents had been received and my application was going through for processing on the
18th of January 2013. So I count another 10 working days until the 31st of January 2013.
I phoned Customer Assist and held on for 23 minutes from my cellphone, when someone
finally answered and confirmed that I would have a final answer by the 11th of February 2013.
It is now 16h07 on the 11th of February and no one has contacted me yet. Total processing time so far: 25 working days

This is what has been stated from Standard Bank Customer Assist and on the website:
"Please be advised that our turnaround time for feedback on applications is 10 working days after we receive your request, with all required documents".

This is not a complaint, I would just like someone to kindly provide me with feedback regarding
my application for a consolidation loan - Please provide me with some peace of mind.
