I went to Standard Bank on the 24th of January to upgrade my account. On the 25th of January I went back to bring outstanding documents. It was told that Katlego will phone me back on the 26th of January. Today I went back to the branch, waited for an hour just to be told Katlego is unaivalable. This is really unacceptable, and not to mention the poor service everyone received at the bank today, because there was not enough consultants available.

I need a response regarding my account.
