I just need feedback in the form of a date

I called STD BANK on the 26th of January asking them to reverse a payment I had made in error. they told me it takes a couple of days to reverse. I called again on the 28th of Jan, they told me it can be reversed and will reflect in 24hours. I called again on the 30th and they told me I had been given the incorrect info and that I need to fill in a statement of dispute form and email it back to them. I did so on the 31st of January with all the documentation they asked me to attach. I sent secure message on the 15th of Feb asking for feedback, consultant calls me and tells me CHARGEBACKS DEPT. only received my query on the 11th of Feb and it will take 21 days (from the 11th FEB) to reverse the amount. I need to know the status of this query, will it be reversed in 21days or are they waiting for the 21 days to elapse then tell me that my documentation is incomplete or my query has been escalated or some other reason to delay my reversal??? I just need feedback from STD BANK! when can I expect the reversal to happen? can I get an exact date and not just "in 21 days time" PLease!
