Absa
No follow up or follow through

On 7 January I logged an insurance claim with ABSA. A few days later received a message that assessors will come out to assess damage. And to date no one has pitched up or contacted us. I called the call center yesterday and Tshepo promosed to call me back. I have not received a call or message from him yet.
