No response to claim and do not answer calls

Good day,
We registered a claim for our sliding door that fell out 17 January 2014. We received an sms confirming our claim was registered. PG Glass contacted us to install the glass of the door but we advised that the door needed replacement and not the glass only. We were referring to Dipapala Trading whom I contacted. After several calls to Lerato he confirmed that he would come to have a look at the damage. Lerato did not pitch for our appointment and did not take any calls. I sent an sms requesting if he had forgotten about the appointment or if he was running late. He replied requesting a photo of the sliding door and measurement to be email to him which I did. I requested in the mail to confirm receipt.

We phoned Lerato to enquire if he received the mail and he confirmed the door was ordered and would be ready yesterday. We called yesterday to be advised that the sliding is still not complete and maybe next week. I have left 10 messages with the message centre ABSA Insrance but no one is returning our calls. We cannot get through to the Claims Consutlant to discuss the service of the contractor as all call are referred to the message center. Where to from here?
