After registering a flood claim last week ( - 2pm 8 April 2013) I was informed that within 48 hours a contractor and assessor would visit the premises to assess the damage and process the claim.By Wednesday 4pm there was no response, so I called the call centre a number of times with no connection (all our consultants are busy at present!) I eventually persuaded the switchboard operator to take a message for Megan and Andre (manager), neither of whom responded to my urgent detailed messages. Eventually late on Wednesday an assessor who was willing to talk to me, arranged to meet me on Friday morning. After assessing the damage, he said that by Monday 15th the claims department would have his response. I left a message on Tuesday afternoon for Megan, yesterday I managed to get her on the line and she told me the claim was approved but no further details, I eventually asked her manager to call me back (Andre) He did so after hours when I was not available. He left a message on my phone to tell me he would call me first thing this morning. I am still waiting.
