I doubt if ABSA Insurance delivers service ever!!!

We have received such EXTREMELY BAD non-existent (!!!) service from ABSA Insurance. One claim has now been outstanding for 2 months, where we forever have to follow up! The other (more serious claim) which includes an electric fence not working (which puts our security in danger!!!) is now going for 3 weeks, and after numerous messages and emails, the person responsible for our claim (Annah) has not even made contact once, not even acknowledging receipt of emails. Have spoken to the manager Steven once and he seemed helpful, but has never actually ever called back or succeeded to resolve any issue!!

And when you call their call centre, there is further non-existent service!!! I am currently holding (have been hearing the message: "all our consultants are currently busy at the moment..." for the last 30 minutes!!! How are one supposed to get in contact with them and will they ever do their job as insurance company in actually putting us in the same position as before the damage!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!!!
