Hi, we logged an insurance claim for an assessor to come out to our property. This was done over 2 months ago. To date no one has come to assess or Absa has not done any follow up query. The first person did call and we advised him to come after hours as we are not at home. He agreed to a date and time but he never came out. This is unacceptable.
