FEDUP WITH ABSA ONCE AGAIN! y

I have registered a new home owners claim with ABSA in November 2013, due to high volume of claim no assessors was available, and only came to assess my house on the 13th of December. Since the claim was registered no feed back from ABSA received, every time i phone to follow up I am transferred to different departments, i have wasted more than R800 on telephones bills just on ABSA in the past month!!! Its been a month now, the damaged gets worse every time it rains, it inconvenient and my cupboards are rotting due to the water damage that keeps on accruing. Ive been holding now to speak to a consultant for more than two hours again, this kind of service are really pathetic. I will advice no one to insure with ABSA.
