Amended contract not loaded

Good day.

SBSA vehicle and asset finance dept. is making me see red. I had some financial difficulties, and approached them to give me an extension on my contract. Which the did. They sent me the new agreement and I signed it. This was beginning of September 2013. Since then, every month the get a collection agent to threaten me, that he will take the car back. Also, every time he calls, an additional charge is loaded on my account. Almost R400.00 by now. I am, and i feel victimised. The cause a lot of unwanted stress, and I can bet you wont pay my medical bill if something goes wrong. I have been contacted by a number of consultants in the past and every time I get the same excuse, sorry, it is not loaded. I sent it again, only to get a call from the collectors a view days later. So please, your slogan is looking forward... is that short for looking forward to make your life? So, is this how you plan to be the number one bank in SA?
