Wrong contract loaded, no luck in rectifying it

I am ready to pull my hair out! I took out two contracts for my children on 23 April 2013. Both were for R50 airtime and 10MB data for R39. The one contract was loaded correctly, the other was loaded without the data. I went to MTN to query this and the person "fixed" this by adding a data bundle that I am now being charged for. I have phoned 808 more times than I can count, been back and forth to the branch and no luck. The last time I was there on 16 September it looked as if the problem was solved as the consultant discovered that the contract was loaded as D11ZZ instead of D11DD and completed a migration application. Guess what? MTN rejected the application as the original contract was not attached. The orginal contract should be in the possession of MTN Canal Walk as this is where I signed the agreement. Please solve this mess immediately!!
