Bad attitude and poor service

I had an accident on 28/08/2013. I was told, by a claims consultant at King Price, a few days thereafter that the repairs to my vehicle were authorised, only to be told a week thereafter that the repairs weren't authorised due to the non-disclosure by me of a previous accident, claimed through a previous insurance company. The team leader that I dealt with (SHELDON) asked me if I didn't think the replacement of a cracked windscreen constituted an accident, which it does not. It is merely a previous claim that does not necessarily constitute a previous accident. King Price then decided to authorise the repairs to my vehicle. It is almost one month and I am still waiting for the return of my vehicle from the panel shop. Whilst I understand that there is a motor industry strike and parts cannot easily be obtained, I am extremely disappointed in the bad attitude and poor service experienced/received. Expected turn around time to settle claim exceeded; assesor took forever to assess vehicle; panel shop gave different completion dates to Sheldon and I, even told me my car is a write-off at one stage when it is not; Sheldon was rude and didn't give me my options re: a courteousy ca
