Very Poor Service When You Claim

I would just like to explain me experience at king price. I lost my wifes 2 rings when i wanted to resize them for christmas. i call king price i think it was on the 08/01/2013 to report the matter. i have only heard from the claims advisor once which was at the end of january when i had a complaint as to what was happening with the claim. I sent through the valuations so that he can request quotations but have heard nothing since. he states that he wants to speak to wife who is already angry with me for losing her rings and she states that she is very busy with a large order and she only missed 1 call this whole year and if that was the insurance that would be the only call. I asked the advisor why he doesn't get back to me and he told me clearly that he has to many claims which means mine is not important clearly since it gets no attention. King price advertises every where about its royal service but watch out because its royal service is like goverment in south africa. take as much money as they can from you and when they must deliver and then they just don't care!!!
