I was involved in an accident on the 12 of December, logged a claim and the vehicle was towed by an authorized tow truck. Though i had to cancel my holidays due to that unforeseen event, I consoled my self by the fact that i am with the king and believed i was in good hands. Justin William was very professional in the whole claim process until Monday the 7th of January when he stopped responding to my mails. I was promised that the claim will be resolved by Wednesday so i awaited a call from the king for the whole day only to be disappointed. I decided to call again and several time the phone just rang, eventually i got through to William who promised the claim will be settled today. I am starting to loose confidence to the king, when you talk of royal treatment is this what you were referring to? 1. I am not updated of what is going on unless i call in. 2. phone always ring with no answer even the message center call back messages are not attended to. 3. My claim is still not settled. I have to return the rental car tomorrow then what? Where i stay there is no public transport at all and i still have to report to work. I am left in the dark and there is nothing royal about that
