Not treated "royally" as claimed

King Price claims to provide "royal service" to their clients but they do not. An accident is an inconvenience already and King Price makes it more inconvenient by making the client visit the assessor at an inconvenient time to the client (wasting their time and petrol) instead of the assessor meeting with the client at their convenience - first flaw!

Even if the client sends through all the information, you contacted by a claims agent who asks for all the information again - what's the point of the client supplying all the information to have their time wasted again by an agent who does not read the email - second flaw!

King Price is not accommodating to their clients so how can they claim "royal service"
