REIMBURSEMENT OF CANCELLED POLICY

I cancelled my contract with Peninsula Risk Advisors in July 2012 and only got response in October 2012. I dealt with Pierre Cloete who were very proffessional and helpful after waiting for such a long period of time. I submitted all the documentation as requested and I received an email from Pierre that they will pay out the money that they have deducted after the cancelation period within 20 to 30 days. The 30 days expired on 22 December 2012. On 2012-12-28 I received another email from Pierre stating that the refunds was given to management (Zerelda Whittaker) and they are awaiting confirmation for the pay out. To date no payment was received and they have caused me a lot of inconvenience and discomfort. I would llke them to pay out the full amount with immediate effect, because all the proof needed was submitted and they dont have any reason to withhold my money!
