I am insured with King Price, and was in an accident with my 18 month old baby. i called them that night to put in a claim and was told the claim office is closed. the friday the 1st NOvember '13 after numerous calls and being put on hold non stop i got throught to PUMLA to took R120.00 of my airtime while she logged my claim and told me she will get back to me
the past 3 weeks ive spent calling after her, complaining to her manager SHELDON, and still havent gotten any answeres to what is happening with my claim.
TAKE MY ADVISE AND AVOIDE JOINING KING PRICE, THEY YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD WORKED MONEY AND WHEN THE PUSH COMES TO SHOVE THEY DONT DELIVER. PEOPLE LEARN OUT OF MY MISTAKE.
