We were involved in a car accident over a month ago now with a Mutual and Federal insured driver. He drove into the back of us while we were in traffic. We have submitted all the docs to M&F as per there policies and procedures yet our car has not been fixed. This is the second complaint on Hello Peter and no one has bothers to update us, or give us an answer as to why we cannot take the car to get fixed. One response was, why don't we claim from our insurance. YOUR CLIENT DROVE INTO US! WHY WOULD WE CLAIM FROM OUR INSURANCE. You client also met us at the police station to sign the accident report stating he drove into us. The only reference i have is MF-0000556913 My partner has done all the other correspondence with no luck. Third party claim submission - Email Ref: 8806970 Claim No - 121400204, Client - KE MACMINN, Policy - 26794905 - Case 1796960.
This is absolutely ridiculous. My partner is pregnant and we don't have much time to get the vehicle repaired before she goes on maternity leave.
I hope this matter is resolved this week as a matter of urgency!
