I am utterly disgusted at the LACK of customer service from such a big institution and one I have supported since the tender age of 18. I sent an email with details which you require in order to pay out monies DUE TO ME on the 4th of Feb (no acknowledgement and no response). Then I sent another email on the 6th Feb (again no acknowledgement and no response). I sent yet another email on the 8th Feb (once again no acknowledgement and no response). My 4th email to them was on the 13th Feb but alas... no acknowlegement and no response. I have sent my FINAL email today - I dare say that I EXPECT a response no later than close of business tomorrow or this matter will be taken further.
