PATHETIC --- 3 Weeks no answer

Firstly Since 8 January 2014 when i lodged my claim i have had no return on my calls i phone your office several times since Monday also Is it too much asked for some form of client communication?! This is utterly shocking and unacceptable! For what reason do i pay your company a premium every month? - To receive an i don't care attitude or Better yet NO Feedback! I do not see your reason for not getting back to me or even the least you can do is acknowledge my emails or is that to much asked from you, You are after all supposed to handle my claim and keep me up to date? Whatever has happened to customer service and loyalty, Does that not fall under your company policy? I am really unsatisfied with the way you are handling my claim.

Secondly - The 23rd of January 2014 i get a call from Princess saying that they will pay out my claim and that they would send me a letter to sign that i will fix my car at my own preffered panelbeater and where to they will pay me!!! Now all of a sudden i get a email saying " Dear client We are attempting a recovery against the other party. The success/ time frame thereof can unfortunately not be guaranteed.

UTTERLY DISGUSTED! NEED FEEDBACK TODAY!
