Carry on demanding payment after credit life claim

I was retrenched in December 2013. I sent the retrenchment through to their credit life division. I phoned them 10 days later to ask if they had received all my documentation and was there anything outstanding, to which they said all was sorted,
Since then, I have had numerous calls from their call centre demanding payment, and saying they have not received any documentation from credit life and would follow up. This is tantamount to harassment, and need to have this sorted out urgently.
