Bad Service from Secure email messaging

On 3rd October I sent through a secure message to Standard Bank requesting missing statements. I was contacted and told that it would take about 3 days for them to arrive. Nothing happened. I was contacted again via cell phone asking if I had received these statements via email, to which I responded No. The lady said that she would send them through to me a.s.a.p. It is now the 13th October and I have received nothing. I find this very unefficient as I had stated that it was of the utmost urgency that I received these statements to do annual financial statements. This is holding up my work up and is very frustrating to say the least. I gave them the dates of the statemetns and the statement numbers which I thought would make it easier for them.
I am not impressed with this service. They say they go the extra mile to keep customers happy - well I am one very unhappy customer. Please Standard Bank keep to your word. I have already closed my credit card account with them, must I now go and close all my other accounts as well and find a bank that keeps to their word?
