Query not resolved - message to branch ignored

Standard Bank provides a 3D Secure Code to purchase from online merchants. I have only ever had one cell phone number, which has been captured onto this 3D Code system incorrectly by Standard Bank (although it is correct on everything else) I therefore do not get a pin that enables me to complete the purchase. I have taken time off work and been into my closest Branch (Edenvale) - as told to by Division but my number is apparently still incorrect as I STILL do not get a pin sms'd to me when attempting a purchase. I then sent a secure message to my branch which promises a response within 48 hours. I am still waiting and it's way past 48 hours. Today I phoned the Customer "Care" Line and I have been trying to speak to someone in either my branch - or - as the Call Centre lady suggested - a person at Standard Bank in Edenvale where I went to get the number corrected. I have been holding on for nearly 15 minutes and nobody is answering... I have been a Standard Bank customer for nearly 20 years, and this is just unreal - ESPECIALLY as the original mistake was theirs. I just want someone to correct my phone number so I can use my credit card online. How difficult can it be???
