I haven't had response with regards to my complaint, where I was given these two reference after I had logged my call on the 10.01.2014, Reference number:319045NF and 396561.If I do not receive response asap. I'll be forced to terminate thesmart device contract that I have signed for due to breach of contract and poor service.
