I recently posted a complaint about standard bank and their delayed response or feedback about my claim. They responded to my report saying that someone from the specific department would contact me directly with feedback. It has been a week and I have still not received a single response from anyone at standard bank. This is poorly bad customer service they certainly do not prove me wrong when I say that it is. The claim was lodged exactly a month ago and still nothing has been done to resolve this matter. I am deeply disappointed in the service that I am receiving after being a very faithful customer to this bank. If I do not receive feedback or a response or even better have my problem resolved from standard bank, I certainly have no problem with closing my accounts and moving to another bank where I know for sure that they refund their clients when it comes to money or ATM spams. More so when I have to deal with such frustrating service why should I still bank with you?
