I have been experiencing system problems with Future Dated Payments. This problem was discussed extensively with Standard Bank and at Greenstone between 25 & 29 January 2013. I was told that the problem would be investigated and I will receive feedback regarding the problem. Well two months have passed and no communication from Standard Bank. In February & March I received one email detailing on FDP notification for R380.00, but I actually have five (5) FDP on my profile all for the 27 of each month, which are activated on the 27 as requested. I discussed this problem with Standard Bank Greenstone on 24 March. All the advertising of Standard Bank makes a mockery of Customers and their day to day simple requirements. Will generate a negative report on a weekly basis until I receive a positive response, that something is being done.
