Again after 5 weeks, many emails and phone calls later and a complaint on Hallo Peter, still no feedback from Standard bank insurance. What will it take to get any action out of Standard bank. The service and response from Standard bank over the past 5 weeks have been really bad. Up to date not one person from Standard bank phoned me not reply on any of my emails. I need my claim resolved as no one can tell me what is going on. I have dealt with Martin Langa, Heinrich Sauls, Sipho Maile. I have to say that the level of incompetence and service is really bad. If my claim or query on my claim, or any emails sent, gets not solved today i will have no choice but to take this matter to the highest level.
