Damp wall still not fixed reported x2 complaints

I reported this problem to the bank week 25/3/13 had many issues then reported on hello peter i received a call from an agent claiming to be from insurance division who advised he who would look into my claim and give me feedback by 4/4/13 to date i have not received any feedback from Standard bank, i loaded another complaint and their automatic response was attending to query will provide feedback week three has now almost come to an end and still STANDARD BANK has not responded, the customer service is appaulling to say the leasr!!! I WOULD LIKE TO BE GIVEN AN ANSWER SO I CAN KNOW WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE FROM MY SIDE AND THEIRS BUT CLEARLY THE BANK DOESNT SEEM TO VALUE US "SMALL CUSTOMERS" I ASK WHERE IS THE SERVICE I AM PAYING FOR STANDARD BANK INSURANCE!!! you people promise to deliver but clearly you are not delivering on your promises you make to clients, i make my payments relegiously but STANDARD BANK FEELS THEY CAN ADDRESS WHAT THEY WANT TO AND IGNORE WHAT IS IRRELEVANT I WILL BE SWITCHING ALL ACCOUNTS INCLUDING MY HOMELOAN TO FNB WHO SEEMS TO HAVE MORE CUSTOMER COMPASSION THEN YOU PEOPLE IM ANGRY & LIVID!!!
