A client of Santam damaged my car. Sent all relevant documents as requested to Morris Pule who acknowledge receipt thereof on the 20th November stating a 7 day turn around time. The matter was hand over to Rozannah Singh on the 26th November. Received a email from Rozannah on 2nd December with an attached revised panel beating quote from Faber Coach works. I was requested by Rozannah to fax my banking information which I did. I sent her a email on the 9th of December requesting information regarding the payout. Sent another email on the 11th requesting that she reply. Reply received a reply on the 12th requesting my bank details to which I replied the same morning. I was assured that this would be processed with in seven days. Due date thus the 19th December. Nothing??? I have phoned a number of times with the calls been unanswered. Sent her another email on the 8th January still no answer. What service.
