HOME INSURANCE CLAIM NOT HONOURED AFTER ONE MONTH

It is now more than a month since battling to submit my claim for hale damage to my property - claim 2500185.
Currently on the phone for 22 minutes with no answer!!!
By 12:00 tomorrow I will be contacting my lawyer and opening a case for for an insurance policy that is paid in advance however I am not receiving my said benefits. I will furthermore hold you liable for all other damages caused by your blatant disregard and lack of action.
I will also be contacting the Insurance Ombudsman tomorrow as well.
