Thoroughly dissatisfied

On the evening of 16 December, yes - the public holiday, I received an email from the above person on behalf of the EAAB stating that they're instituting charges against me for not submitting my Trust Account audits for the years 2012 and 2013.

I was instructed to reply by the 17th December, so I fired off an email immediately. On the 17th I requested that they acknowledge my previous email and I received a return email with nothing in it except some generic download of something totally unrelated. On the 18th, I received ANOTHER email - the same "charge" letter, instructing me to reply by the 17th.

I have attempted to phone them, left a message for this person to call me back. No luck.

I can NOT admit to the charge as I have proof that my auditors were instructed to submit the audit report. Yet, if I plead not guilty, I have to appear at a disciplinary hearing on the 30th December in Jo'burg. I live in Cape Town.

No one responds, no one listens, no one there seems to have a clue how to reply to an email requesting assistance. I have now emailed their legal department and await a reply.
Why do we pay them a truck load of money each year for our Fidelity Fund Certificates?
