Poor Service and No feedback - Smart Device FNB

Hi,

I tried applying for a smart device through FNB (SD1857230), at the beginning of December. After the initial application was unsuccessful, I was informed that FNB had revised the application and would indeed be processing my order. (I had experienced nothing short of great service up to this point).

After I had been informed that FNB would do their best to get the device to me before the 16th of December, communication pretty much stopped. I sent several emails trying to get feedback, and they were simply ignored. On the 24th of December I received this email:

"Good day Mr jayes

I have checked and It seems your device has been delivered is this so.

Kind Regards
Decklyn"

I replied (on the 28th of December) stating that I had in fact NOT received any device (I haven't even been contacted by the couriers). By the 3rd of Jan 2014 I still hadn't received a reply and so I sent another email requesting feedback - and again no reply. It's now been 12 days since i've asked for feedback. Surely this is unacceptable?

I had received exceptional service in the beginning and since then it's been nothing short of atrocious!
