I ordered some Eb-1 Engine Bicycle Kit 80cc on the 13th of November and on the site it stated that it would be dispatched within 48 hours, and it was only dispatched on the 20th of November. and arrived at my house on the 26th of November.

After assembling, I found that my engine I contacted the call centre on the 3rd of December requesting a replacement of the engine only without dismantling the whole thing and they said that they will talk to the returns department and get back to me by the end of the day and it should take 3 to 5 days to assess my parcel.

On the 4th of December I called again to find out and was told to email [Email Removed] requesting a replacement

On the 5th of December I still did not receive any information about how to return the parcel so I requested a return online.

After serveral phone calls to the call centre and each person telling me that they have marked it as urgent and escalated to the returns department still cant give me any feedback on what is happening with my parcel

Its now been a month since I requested my engine to be replaced and still they cant give me any answers or how they will rectify the issue.

Very frustrated!!!
