Exceptionally Poor Service- Almost a Yea

This is a second complaint on the same issue. In April 2013 a claim was lodged and accepted. Car was sent to P/beater. During or about July 2012 car sent to Dealer to fix electronics. To date we still not received the vehicle back. This is despite dozens of telephone calls and a first complaint on this website. I was told that the excess would be recovered from the Roads Department. This has not been done. I was told that the Senior Assessor would personally monitor the repair and I would receive regular feedback. This has not been done. The cherry on the top is that the premium has been heavily increased. I am utterly shocked and disappointed at Outsurance. Its now off to the Ombudsman and relief from the Courts. Perhaps the time has come to expose the shoddy service we receive. And yes its time to cancel the policy and to advise friends, family and my clients accordingly.

Outsurance, the message is clear. this is an absolute travesty and you leave us with no option but to seek further redress.

The consumer, judge for yourself.

A vehicle sitting in a workshop for almost 12 months incomplete is totally unacceptable.
