Outsurance
Great service and Excess recovered!

My husband was involved in an accident were his vehicle was written off. Outsurance was great, they finalised the claim very quickly and made a payout to us. Of course we had to pay an excess, which Outsurance deducted from the payout but a day later they phoned and said that they would try to recover the excess for us. And today I got a call saying that Outsurance had recovered the excess and would be refunding it to us. Thank you Outsurance!
