Branch failed to provide services

I went to the branch stated above after work as it was the nearest and most convenient for me, when I got to the bank the consultant at the door rudely told me to go to another branch as the cleaner was busy and all consultants couldn't assist, being shocked and disappointed I asked how cleaning affects transactions, he replied with a rude tone "either you try another branch or leave". I don't understand why consultants were itting and watching the cleaner do his job while we are turned back without anyone attending to my enquiry. This was inconviniencing and disapointing. I vill take my business to another bank than to be misled by Capitec.you open until 5 juzt to sit and turn back customers?
