Had a collision on 20 April 2013. To date not a stitch of work has been done to the vehicle. I had requested on 4 occasssions that the vehicle be sent to a Chrysler approved panelshop instead of the local panelshop, knowing full well what the challenges with the latter would be. The E -mail was not even acknowledged. To our dismay the vehicle was sent to the local panelshop. As predicted the first excuse for not starting work on the vehicle was that there was no workshop lift available as the only one was in use. Then told that the mag wheels would take a minimum of three weeks to refurbish therefore there was no rush to commence repairs. Then told parts have been ordered, this despite the written request from Outsurance that the vehicle be stripped first. Completely unacceptable and prejudicial. Thereafter spoke to agent Lilian. She didnt even bother to follow up with me. This is my fourth request for my vehicle to be promptly prepaired by an approved Chrysler panelshop. The shoddy and unacceptable service received thus far begs the question whether we, including my clients, family and friends, should continue being insured with outsurance.
