This month the 26/05/2013 falls on a Sunday, my taking would be that Nedbank would debit me on the next working day for my PERSONAL LOAN which is the 27/05/2013 not in this case,
I got debited on the 24/05/2013 I DON'T GET PAID ON THE 24/05/2013 hence I set the debit for the 26/05/2013.
At first I called I spoke to a lady which had a problem understanding I requested to speak to a team leader, she kept me on hold for 18 minutes then drop the line I didn't get her name but the call was made at 08:12am.
QA can pick the call up, I called back I got through to Chaney which transferred me to Pulane which in turn transferred me to Chantal< she starts giving me about my contact AND I signed and it says they will debit the day before if the debit is on a weekend,
I didn't argue, I had a look at my contract, And couldn't find anything, so I called back I got through to Johanna which was useless she then transferred me to Zweli from Collection, NOW THIS WAS THE FIRST GUY THAT COULD TELL ME SOMETHING
He read my contract which says they can debit the day BEFORE OR AFTER the REQUESTED DAY, which he said should have been Monday, (well done Zweli) but my disappointment continuous. He pu
