FNB: all promises, no delivery

On the 6 November 2013, i applied to register a company and open a bank account through FNB's website, after filling in all the details i was requested to send through some documents. I sent through the documents and received no feedback. The website is also constantly down to check online.

I called the call centre but was put on hold and transferred to different departments. I then put a call me back on the FNB website, someone called back and said they could be of no assistance and did not know who could.

I then went into a branch, there the staff was transferred by FNB departments for about an hour and a bit. Finally they were able to log a request and said someone would get back to me in 48 hours.

It has been 3 weeks since. All I need to know is how far in the process is the registering of the company. Is the information they have received sufficient or is something missing?

Lots of promises and adverts but poor delivery.
