Incompetent service all around-sim swop nightmare

We had the horrible task of having to do a sim swop. What an absolute nightmare. I called the call centre to enquire about the procedure and then the following day carried out the instructions. We managed to get the details in for the new sim and then were told that someone would call the following day to verify the sim swop. A lady called the followed day and my husband asked her to please call back in 10 minutes as he was driving and did not know the cell number the sim was for off hand. She never called back. That night he phoned again and was advised that dept was closed and someone would call in the morning.By 3pm the following day noone had called. When we called in they and persisted on the call for 90 mins the supervisor told me the person who was supposed to call was not in and that is why noone had called. He advised that he would get someone to call my husband before 5pm. Apparently you cannot be transferred to that dept at all!!! Despite leaving 2 alternative cell no's to call on noone called! The supervisor then called me back after 6 and said that the lady in the relevant dept had tried to call but it wasn't answered. What a bunch of. Sim card still not working!!!
