I want to state for the record I'm happy with FNB service except for this particular division I dealt with yesterday. I called FNB road assistance at 7:40 yesterday morning & spoke to someone, unfortunately didn't take her details as I trusted her. She couldn't find my card number on her system to assist me. I called again at 8:30 & unfortunately didn't take this person's name either. She promised me the initial person I spoke to will definitely come back to me as she is busy trying to verify my details with FNB banking. I called premiere banking twice & they were able to verify for me & that FNB road assistance must assist me. I came across Fikile who I insisted for her to call FNB Banking to do the verification she needs as I was assisted. She kept me on hold for 13 minutes before transferring me to a switchboard know for what company. I called again & she told me I need to pay cash before transferring me again. I had to call again & went through to Nthabiseng who tried her best to help after I asked her to transferred me to a manager by the name of Martha. I was eventually towed at 11:40. Note: I was with my pregnant wife on a side of the road & no bathroom
