I have a maintenance plan for my Renault Megane through Liquid Capital, i took my car in for brake pads and Light Bulb replacement and the dealerships could not pick up the plan and i paid cash with the hope that i will be able to recover the expenses from Liquid Capital. On 05 April 2013 i called customer care and spoke to Kendal George and he requested that i send the copies of the invoices and he will get back to me. I sent copies and received a return email saying i will get feedback within 1 day, i waited for 2 weeks and nothing happened, i called the customer care and was fortunate to speak to Kendal again, he apologised for not getting back to me and promised to do so, still he didn't, i called for the 3rd time and same story.

On 23 May i decided to escalate to Diz Milner, customer care and CSI manager and she promised to follow up and get back to me. On 28 May 2013 i had to remind Diz as she never gotten back to me and she promised to follow up and let me know. On 29 May i received a form from Liquid Capital requesting my Banking Details, i completed the form same day and returned it.

Until today the query is still not resolved. Everyone that i speak to promises to call
