I am utterly disgusted. I got an accident and it was time for me to claim, to my surprised I was then told that my access contract/ agreement with Miway has been changed by you without my knowledge. I was told that my contract has been changed from no access fee to R3300 access fee. This was not our agreement from start. What type of business are you running if you decide to change my contract without calling me?? why am i not contacted if you decide to change anything on my contract??? now you want me to pay R3300 before my car has been fixed??? really??? This is so disgusting and unacceptable!!!
