No Satisfaction

Since i become a member of Miway i just have problems. first they cant get a tracker in my car. Now they want to penalize me because other people claim on there insurance. I got a letter that access will in crease to R3300, but my prem stay the saome if i want to lower my access i must pay more to bring it down. What happened from the 12 month No Premium. increase. I think this is unacceptable. it is better that i go to a company that keep there mission to deliver to keep the customer happy not increase the prem if they want to and change the policy to rob the client to make money. Yes if i was guilty yes penalize me but i did not claim what so ever. This bad service must stop.
