CHANGE OF CONTRACT WITHOUT MY CONSENT

I had a casual chat contract with Cell C which allowed me to phone at night between 8pm and 7am everyday without being billed extra. They have suddenly changed the contract without notifying me, when I contacted them they said that they no longer offer this contract. I then told them that I should have been notified that my contract would be changed and I should have been given the option to choose which contract I would like to change too. I have called their call centre and been into the offices in Pietermaritzburg but they have still not been able to assist me. I received a bill for R300.00 and they still cannot explain to me what is going on with my contract. I was told I would be called back and I am still waiting for them to return my call. As far as I know if we have an agreement in place they cannot just go ahead and change that agreement without my written consent. When I went into their store in Pietermaritzburg the manage would not even listen to what I had to say. I just think this is absolutely terrible service from Cell C.
